The Home Alchemy Wheel
The Circle as Medicine:
Across cultures and throughout time, circles have symbolized wholeness, protection, belonging, and the eternal cycles of nature. They remind us that life moves in seasons and that everything is interconnected.
Long before I fully understood their medicine, circles entered my life. Being certified as a Medicine Wheel Feng Shui™ Practitioner & Teacher planted early seeds of wisdom — but it wasn’t until years later that their true power came alive for me.
When my life unraveled with a PTSD diagnosis, I instinctively began creating small nature wheels each day. These quiet rituals offered fleeting moments of peace and a hint of possibility beyond the overwhelm. Sitting with these circles, I realized I could never be truly lost. Held within the four cardinal directions, I only needed to stay in my centre to find my way. What I learned from these daily circles became the blueprint for the Home Alchemy Wheel practice. Sharing it, I saw it land deeply with people from all walks of life.
The Home Alchemy Wheel:
Essentially, the Home Alchemy Wheel is a holistic map that guides women back to their centre — the place where clarity, inner harmony, and authentic connection live.
Anchored in ancient wisdom and shaped by the cycles of nature, the Wheel moves through five domains: physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and the sacred centre. Each domain offers a path to explore and express the Five Home Languages — the keys to how we experience and create home within ourselves and the spaces around us.
Blending practical tools with sacred practice, the Wheel offers a path for both everyday action and deeper inner alignment.
As you move through the Wheel, it becomes a compass, an anchor, a catalyst, and a celebration — guiding your steps, steadying your heart, inviting transformation, and awakening your true potential.
The Symbol of Connection:
When it came to creating my logo, I discovered the Celtic five-fold knot. Finding this circular symbol from my own Irish lineage — and learning that it represents harmony, balance, and our deep interconnectedness with nature — confirmed everything. The alignment felt magical, a clear sign that I was connecting to an ancient portal our ancestors knew and deeply understood.
Of course, I didn’t create the Home Alchemy Wheel — I simply rebranded something that, through my own homecoming, I had remembered.
An Invitation:
This symbol is at the very heart of my approach. If you want to find home within and create it in the world around you, I invite you to explore it and the empowering art of Home Alchemy.
Now, it’s my honour to welcome you to experience this sacred circle of belonging for yourself — whether through a crafting workshop, a home or event blessing, or one of my courses, there are many ways to begin your journey…
